One of the core pillars of the Women’s Rights Movement is achieving economic equality for women. Despite progress, women continue to face wage gaps, limited access to leadership roles, and disproportionate burdens in caregiving responsibilities. Political TNC is fighting to close the gender pay gap, ensure equal opportunities for women in the workforce, and provide support for working mothers through paid family leave and affordable childcare. By removing these barriers, we are paving the way for women to fully participate in and contribute to the economy.
